Andrawes, a pediatric urologist\/surgeon. Dr. Safwat came to Kenya over thirty eight years ago and has been working as a surgeon since the 1980\u2019s. As he established his practice he began doing more and more charity work for those that approached him without sufficient funds. It was toward the late 90\u2019s that he decided to create the fund to aid more children in dire need of surgical care who were not able to afford it.
